(一) 岗位职责Responsibilities
1、为销售工程师提供通用加工刀具的选型指南，解决销售活动中遇到的相关技术问题；
2、着重通用加工刀具应用能力；
3、为用户解决使用LMT通用加工刀具过程中遇到的问题，并提供改进建议；
4、为销售工程师和用户提供技术、产品培训和讲座；
5、与德国总部等进行联络，交流技术问题；
6、公司交办的其他工作
1. Providing sales engineers with the selection guide of general machining tools and solving related technical problems encountered in sales activities;
2. Focusing on the application ability of general machining tools;
3. Solving problems encountered in the process of using LMT general machining tools for users and providing Suggestions for improvement;
4. Providing technical, product training and lectures to sales engineers and users;
5. Liaising with German headquarters and exchange technical problems;

(二) 任职资格(Requirements)：
1. 机械类相关专业本科或以上学历；
2. 精通PCD刀具及硬质合金刀具设计工艺与制造技术，熟悉刀具的制作流程；
3. 熟悉PCD刀具的应用；
4. 精通Pro-E，AutoCAD等设计软件；
5. 良好的表达能力和沟通能力，良好的英语听说读写能力；
6. 能够适应经常出差，并承受一定工作压力；
7. 5年以上刀具设计岗位工作经验。

职位描述：
(一) 岗位职责Responsibilities
1、负责公司在指定地区的销售管理工作；
2、带领本部门员工完成公司在所负责区域制定的销售目标；
3、根据公司制定的销售目标制定本部门年度销售计划；
4、定期向上级汇报本部门工作情况并提出改进建议；
5、制定、参与或协助上级执行相关的政策和制度；
6、负责管理大客户，管理维护客户关系；
7、从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议。

(二) 任职资格Requirements
1、大专或以上学历，机械相关专业；
2、刀具行业，最好是齿轮加工刀具相关3年以上技术经验；
3、能够熟练使用相关设计软件及办公软件；
4、具有独立工作能力和较强的自学能力，良好的表达能力和沟通能力；
5、积极主动，有责任心，团队意识强；
6、能够适应经常出差，并承受一定工作压力。
